Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and optional preparation details you choose to add (target exam and year, goals, preferred subjects).
• Purchase data: order and payment records. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our RBI-authorised payment gateway partner; we never see or store them.
• Study data: reading progress, bookmarks, revision plans, goals and study sessions, so the dashboard can show your progress.
• Security data: limited technical logs used to protect content and accounts (for example, request rates on protected pages).

How we use it

To provide the Service, process payments, show your progress, protect the notes against misuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Watermarks

Protected pages display a watermark containing a partially masked account identifier, to deter unauthorised sharing.

Retention

Study data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your profile and study data. Order and payment records are kept in anonymised form for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time and delete your account from Settings → Privacy.
