Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the handwritten study notes offered on it (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
  • An account is for one person. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including attempts to copy, redistribute or bulk-download content.

2. Purchases and access

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are charged through our RBI-authorised payment gateway partner.
  • Access starts once payment is confirmed by our servers. The access duration for each chapter, bundle or plan is shown before you pay.
  • Subscriptions are one-time payments for a fixed period. They do not renew automatically unless you explicitly set up a recurring subscription.

3. Licence to use the notes

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the notes online for your own exam preparation. All other rights are reserved. See the Content Usage Policy for details.

4. Syllabus coverage

These notes were created for the JEE 2023 syllabus. Syllabi change from year to year, so before you study a chapter you must read the latest official syllabus for your exam year and skip any parts of the notes that it does not include. We do not guarantee that every topic in the notes appears in your exam's syllabus, or that every topic in your syllabus is covered.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Notes may be updated or corrected over time.

6. Limitation of liability

The notes are study aids. We do not guarantee any exam result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
